Polar Creative has always used stereolithography as the first choice process for rapid prototyping.

Even in the past five years, developments in this field have been huge. We are now able to prototype within a tolerance of 0.1mm and layer thickness of 16 micron. This allows excellent accuracy when checking sizing and fit, and means that clients can move to production tooling with confidence.

We have prototyping facilites in both the UK and China, and are able to work to exceptionally fast turnarounds, usually within a couple of days. We also have partner factories that can produce SLS and FDM prototypes.
