Polar Creative modelled and rendered the Sky Plus Remote Control and Digital Link in July 2008.

The images have subsequently been used in a wide range of promotional materials, including printed brochures and on the web. Using a photorealistic rendering also allowed the standard Sky remote to be modelled and placed in an identical scene, ensuring absolute consistency between different models. The plan views were also perfectly from above and helped overcome the difficulties of having a physical camera perfectly parallel.

The high resolution achived through digital rendering means poster size images are no issue, and detail shots are easy to create for instruction manuals and brochure features.
