Willis is an experienced industrial design engineer and has worked at Polar Creative since 2007.

With a background in tooling design and injection molding, Willis ensures that the conceptual designs created by his colleagues can be manufactured effectively. He oversees Polar Creative’s tooling design and production for clients worldwide.

Before joining Polar Creative, Willis worked as an industrial design engineer at a Chinese manufacturer of security and CCTV systems and as a tooling engineer at an international exporter of telecommunications products.
